Applications
Medium Voltage 12/20kV power cable suitable for aerial installation between poles.
Design
The 3-core power cable is consisted of 3 single core cables which are laid up together with the steel messenger in triplex formation
Each single core cable is consisted of Aluminium conductor, semiconductive conductor screen, XLPE insulation, semiconductive insulation screen with grooves, water blocking powder inside the grooves, aluminium tape for metallic screen and PVC outer sheath.
The messenger conductor is consisted of galvanized steel wires rope with XLPE sheath.
The single core cables are laid up together with the messenger conductor to form the triplex cable.
Core identification: by numbers 1, 2, 3 on the outer sheath of each single core cable
